Refund Policy
At Ishveen Group, we take great care to deliver quality products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to replace or refund it under the terms below.

Returns
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.
- You must inform us within 3 days of delivery if your product is defective or damaged.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for non-defective items, including cases of change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or general dissatisfaction.
Return Process
- Email us at support@ishveen.in within 3 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and attaching clear photos of the defect.
- Our team will verify the issue and share the return shipping instructions.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will approve a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the defect was due to our error.
Exchanges
- Defective items can be exchanged for the same product (subject to availability).
- If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
