Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.

• You must inform us within 3 days of delivery if your product is defective or damaged.
• Items must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for non-defective items, including cases of change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or general dissatisfaction.

1. Email us at support@ishveen.in within 3 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and attaching clear photos of the defect.
2. Our team will verify the issue and share the return shipping instructions.
3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will approve a replacement or refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the defect was due to our error.

• Defective items can be exchanged for the same product (subject to availability).
• If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
